In need of a close summer rugby destination? Look no further than the 2024 Iowa 7s rugby calendar, which is offering tournaments with both social and competitive play. Between the beginning of June and the end of July, four tournaments will take place in the 7s summer series! The tournaments are looking to provide more rugby excitement for the midwest!

Rucking It Up In Iowa
Iowa’s summer 7s series will represent a variety of areas in the state. This will provide plenty of options for teams who need to think about travel plans. Most of the tournaments will take place on the east side of Iowa, giving a great opportunity to Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin teams to join in on the 2024 Iowa 7s rugby calendar.
Four tournaments will take place in the series starting with Capital City 7s on June 8th, hosted by Des Moines Rugby. Clinton Muddy River Rugby will also be putting on a good time at Fish Bone 7s on June 15th, followed by Bluff County 7s hosted by the Northeast Iowa Rugby Club on June 29th. BIX 7s, hosted by Quad City Irish Rugby Club on July 27th, will create a fun ending to the summer 7s series.
Play 1 or Play Them All!
The 2024 Iowa 7s rugby calendar is going to provide more rugby opportunities for teams of all abilities to play in! Teams don’t have to partake in the whole series and can choose to do one or a couple. Furthermore, the tournaments are created to be open to both women and mens teams!
If teams decide to play in the entire summer series, they will get a chance to score a series trophy and a series team recognition! Even if teams don’t win, there’s still more to look forward to as all tournaments will also have socials or community events occurring as well!
Not only is there a series trophy but the tournaments will have individual trophies too. Teams can have a chance at recognition even if they’re only trying one tournament!

Iowa’s Summer 7s Series Won’t Disappoint!
Wherever you’re from, the 2024 Iowa 7s rugby calendar is going to have options to partake in between the beginning of June to the end of July.
