Team Check In

Team Check In & Waiver

Check in 1 hour before kickoff

All teams must check in 1 hour prior to their first match (the schedule will be released a few days prior to the event).

Submit liability waiver

Team representatives must visit the check in table in person (labelled “A” in the map below) and submit a liability waiver signed by all participants.

You may download the waiver and complete it in advance to save time at the check in table.

Review Code of Conduct

All participants, volunteers, match officials and spectators are expected to familiarize themselves with and follow the Personal Code of Conduct. Breaching the Personal Code of Conduct may lead to removal from event at the discretion of the event organizers as determined on a case-by-case basis.

Captains Meeting

Captains meetings are NOT held at the Lakefront 7s.
