waiver & emergency contact
All participants (or the parents/guardians in the case of minors) must complete the online Emergency Contact & Waiver form.
Check in 1 hour before kickoff
Coaches or team representatives must visit the check in table in person (labelled “A” on the Venue Map) 1 hour before their division starts. A printed roster for all players that have completed the waiver (above) will be provided.
Players may not check in individually as this would cause a long backlog at the checkin table.
Review Code of Conduct
All participants, volunteers, match officials and spectators are expected to familiarize themselves with and follow the Personal Code of Conduct. Breaching the Personal Code of Conduct may lead to removal from event at the discretion of the event organizers as determined on a case-by-case basis.
Captains Meeting
Captains meetings are NOT held at the Lakefront 7s, but may be held online by video conference in advance.
