SCRUM supports a number of charities including the Hunger Task Force.
Since 2016 we have been collecting donations in the weeks leading up to the Lakefront 7s.
The food drive culminates on the day of the Lakefront 7s itself, including our “peanut butter parking” program. In lieu of a cash parking fee, attendees may donate 48oz of peanut butter instead.
2023 was our largest single donation with 1250 pounds of food collected. As of this writing, the Lakefront 7s has donated 5300 pounds of food to the Hunger Task Force.
