Spectrum’s owner, Aaron Young, is no stranger to the rugby pitch. A proud alumnus of the Milwaukee Harlequins and Milwaukee Barbarians, Aaron also represented the Midwest Select Side and was invited to a USA Eagles selection camp in 2014.

A Decade of Support for Milwaukee Rugby
For more than ten years, Spectrum Wealth Advisors has been a steadfast supporter of rugby across the region. Most recently, the firm contributed $10,000 to the Milwaukee Barbarians Facility Fund, helping advance the dream of a dedicated home for rugby in southeastern Wisconsin.
This latest partnership extends that commitment to the city’s premier rugby event, the Lakefront 7s.
Investing in the Game’s Unsung Heroes
Beginning in 2026, Spectrum Wealth Advisors will become the Match Officials Sponsor at the Lakefront 7s. Their sponsorship includes funding a new 10 × 20 ft premium tent exclusively for referees, complete with shade, refreshments, and healthy snacks throughout the day.
Tournament Co-Director Victor Drover shared his enthusiasm:
