To make room for an increasing number of high school and elementary/middle school teams participating, the 37th annual Lakefront 7s Rugby Tournament and festival has expanded its venue.
The event remains at Veterans Park along Milwaukee’s scenic lake shore. The updated map (below) see all tag rugby (elementary/middle school) moved to the northwest of McKinley Marina (fields 7 through 13).
Tackle rugby (high school, collegiate, and club rugby) remains in the southern part of the park (fields 1-5), but expands to include field 6 in the southeast.
The main concessions area remains near field 2, but a popup concessions tent will be placed between fields 10 and 11.
The northward expansion of tag rugby and eastward expansion of tackle rugby means that parking is now central for all participants.
